Hi, I’m Dr. Meg — founder of Meg’s Market, health educator, food lover, mom of three, and passionate believer that healthy food should still taste absolutely amazing.

For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has been one of my favorite places. Cooking became more than a hobby after I got married, started raising a family, and began navigating food sensitivities in our home. Like many families, we found ourselves needing to eliminate gluten, dairy, artificial dyes, and sometimes eggs — but quickly realized that many “healthy” alternatives on the market felt disappointing, overly processed, or lacked the comfort and flavor we craved.

So I started creating my own.

What began as recipes for my family slowly became Meg’s Market — a wellness-focused bakery and culinary brand rooted in nourishment, connection, and delicious food made with intention.

Today, Meg’s Market offers gluten-free, dairy-free, dye-free, and paleo-friendly baked goods, mixes, meals, seasonings, and culinary experiences designed to help people enjoy food again.

And honestly? I believe food should bring people together — not make them feel left out.
